This position is a team member at SMARTECH high-end AM (AI Based Technologies) department. It isan extremely interesting and diversified arena.
Responsibilities of this role include development of IoT & Data architecture and infrastructure, developing APIs & M2M processes in Real Time IoT various diversified areas of industrial manufacturing, such as machinery ,chemicals, technology, innovation models and others.
This position plays a key role in long- and short-term data optimizations process, and helps to outline the future product lines of the company.
· Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture,
· Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
· Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
· Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL, NoSQL or other Time Series Data technologies.
· Build analytics tools and containers that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
· Keep our data separated and secure across national boundaries through multiple data centers and on premise deployment.
· Create data and ML sandbox for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader.
· Implement define logic and ML modules for data mining process.
· Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems.
· Performs special projects as assigned by direct manager.
· B.Sc. in Computer Science \ Information Systems\ ElectricalEng. (Signal Processing)
· At least 3+ years of experience as Data Eng. with Time Series and IoT, preferably from industrial,robotics and sensors industries.
· Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL and BigData Tools – A must (e.g Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.)
· Knowledge of Python – A must.
· Other high-level programming languages - An advantage (C++, Scala,etc..)
· Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes can be an advantage.
